There is also another group of acro yoga practitioners who founded acroyoga.com long before Jason and Jenny which has led to a lot of political issues that has tarnished acroyoga.org’s reputation. It’s unfortunate because this is such a beautiful practice and should be about little more than people getting together to play and form community.

If you want to try acro yoga, by all means, try what you see in the various videos on the internet. Or look for meetups in your area, they’re quite common around the entire world. Have fun!
