Yoga for Abs
The following yoga video is almost five minutes of abs work. Yoga poses can help strengthen your bodies core which can not only be physically beneficial, but look great as well. As always, only do yoga poses that your body is ready for. If you don’t feel comfortable with a certain pose, please don’t do it and ask a teacher to evaluate you.
